Do you ship?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the US. We also offer local pickup in Clearwater Beach for a faster, free option.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution PNG/JPG at 300dpi or higher. We can work with most formats.
What are your order minimums?
It depends on the product. Many items have no minimum — we can do 1 of something. Group orders of 6+ typically get better per-unit pricing.
Can I see a proof before you make it?
Always. We send a digital proof for every order before production begins. No surprises.
How far in advance should I order?
Standard orders need 7–10 days including approval time. For large groups or rush orders, reach out as early as possible.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
We get as close as possible! Share your Pantone, hex, or CMYK codes and we'll match to the best of our equipment's capability.
